Group Workouts
Grit Tribe Fitness offers fast-paced 45-minute group classes designed to maximize strength, endurance, and total-body fitness. Each session blends functional strength training with high-intensity interval work to boost metabolism, build muscle, and improve overall performance. Our coaches guide you through every movement, keeping you motivated, safe, and challenged—no matter your fitness level.

Personal Training
Level up your training with fully customized 1-on-1 coaching. Your trainer will design a program specifically for YOU—your goals, your pace, your strengths. Whether you want to get stronger, leaner, or more athletic, this is the fastest and most effective way to make it happen.

Open Gym
Our Open Gym hours give you the flexibility to train on your own schedule. Access our full range of equipment, turf area, and strength zone to complete your own workouts or practice skills at your own pace. Perfect for members who want independence and freedom in their training — and we’ll always have a Workout of the Day (WOD) available if you want guidance, structure, or a little extra direction.

Founders of Grit Tribe Fitness
We’re Karli and Devin Rorabaugh—parents to two incredible boys, and the heart behind Grit Tribe Fitness. Fitness has shaped our lives in more ways than one. It’s where we found confidence, purpose, and a calling to help others become the strongest versions of themselves. But even more than that… it’s what brought our family closer together.
Over the years, we’ve trained in big gyms, small studios, parks, garages—you name it. Through every season of life, from late-night feedings to kids’ baseball games to building multiple careers at once, one thing always remained constant: our passion for movement, community, and personal growth.
We created Grit Tribe Fitness because we believe fitness is bigger than reps and sets—it’s about showing up, especially on the days you don’t feel like it. It’s about choosing resilience. It’s about surrounding yourself with people who push you, support you, and cheer you on louder than anyone else. It’s about building a tribe.
Our two boys watch us build this dream every day. They see us work, hustle, sacrifice, and rise—and we want them to know that anything is possible when you lead with passion, purpose, and grit. Grit Tribe Fitness is truly a family journey. When you walk through our doors, you’re becoming part of something that’s built with heart, sweat, and a whole lot of love.
